Movie- Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela
Cast- Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Supriya Pathak Kapoor, Gulshan Devaiah, Richa Chadda & Abhimanyu Singh
Director- Sanjay Leela Bhansali
I was very much scared to watch this movie..aha..not because it had a lot of violence but it had a mixture of love and violence. I made a mistake few days back by watching Issaq and hence I didn't wanted to take any step which shove off my belief from Innovative Bollywood Films. Thank God I am saved! Ram-Leela (Sorry I can't write Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela everytime. Kidnly don't charge me for that) is no doubt a violent film but it's still beautiful. Sanjay Leela Bhansali stood up for what he is known for! Before moving ahead let me tell something. 3 Cheers for the film.. Hip Hip-Hurray, Hip Hip-Hurray, Hip Hip-Hurray"
Story -
Ram & Leela belong to two rival clains of the same city (Just like how there were two gangs in SRK & Aishwarya starrer Josh). Both start loving each other and run away as they knew their families won't agree for the marriage. But situations arrive in certain manner that they are caught by their families and brought back to their respective homes. As the movie is based on the concept of Romeo & Juliet, you can predict the ending.
Performance -
Ranveer Singh - He is brilliant in his comedy. I find him a little over-performed in his serious roles but still he is a pleasure to watch. I think no one could replace him in the movie.
Supriya Pathak - She plays negative in the film. I could not imagine her in a serious role after watching her so many times in Khichdi but she made it look very easy.
Gulshan Devaiah - I became a big admirer of him after Shaitan & That Girl in Yellow Boots and this is a hatrick of his wonderful performance.
Deepika Padukone - I intentionally kept her last because I will not end praising her. After 3 consecutive 100cr films, this might be her forth one in the list. I think Sanjay Leela Bhansali gave her role a special attention as she was more than just a name in the film. Her wonderful looks, brilliant expressions and superb dialogue deliveries made the film look perfect. She is the soul of the entire movie.
Technical Aspect -
"No compromise on the technical aspect of the film", that is the agenda of Sanjay's film making style. Any glitch is highly unappreciated. The film gave a great visual experience with outstanding dialogues. The movie had lot of songs which sometimes did interrupt. Oh shit! I can't find any mistakes.
Positives -
An unusual and unconventional experience. Though there are lot of gun-shots in the film but still it is beautiful in it's appearance. This is not what you always see in Bollywood films.
Negatives -
Too many songs.
Final Verdict -
Ram-Leela is once in a decade experience. The visual, the dialogues, the performance and the music gives you an all round satisfaction. With lot of gun-shots and kisses, there's nothing in the film that misses! A must watch for passionate love story lovers and atleast a one timer for the one who even doubt about the film's grade.
Rating - 4/5

Business Ratings -
I really hope this film is seen by everyone. Word of Mouth might also work for the Movie. Nothing below 75-80cr is expected from this film. I wish it crosses even 100cr and becomes Deepika's 4th blockbuster of the year.
