Besharam Movie Review - BE for Bewajah Bakwaas!

Movie - Besharam
Cast – Ranbir Kapoor, Pallavi Sharda, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Jaaved Jaafri
Director - Abhinav Kashyap

Story- The plot has nothing to do with the title. Babli (Ranbir) is an orphan who is a master of stealing cars. He meets Tara (Pallavi Sharda) and falls in love with her but later comes to know that a car which he recently stole was Tara’s own and to get it back, he fights Bhim Singh (Jaaved Jaaferi). Meanwhile, he also tries to get rid of police constable Chulbul (Rishi Kapoor) and his wife Bulbul (Neetu Singh).

Performance -
Ranbir - Performed the same as he was in Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani.
Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor - Awesome Jodi
Pallavi Sharda - Bad chemistry with Ranbir.
Jaaved Jaafri - Good but limited presence

Positives – The performance of all the crucial characters made the film watchable.
Negatives – Bakwaas Plot!

Final Verdict – Besharam is a BEwajah BAkwaas which is poorly built with no sense. It claimed to entertain but lost its thread somewhere in between.

Ratings – 1.5/5

Why you should watch this film – Only if you are a Ranbir fan.
Why you should avoid the film – Because it will not give you what you desired.

Business Rating – The film will do overall business of 75-80cr as it is releasing in more than 4000 screens worldwide.

(The above business ratings are just predictions and verdicts are as per my views and knowledge.)
